This summer, VALUE4FARM was featured at Groundswell 2026, one of Europe’s largest regenerative agriculture events, attracting around 10,000 attendees from across the farming, research and agrifood sectors.

Representing the project, Alice Mauchline and Lewis Cameron from the University of Reading presented a VALUE4FARM display highlighting the integration of renewable energy and agriculture. The event provided an excellent opportunity to engage with farmers and other stakeholders, discuss the role of renewable energy in sustainable farming systems, and raise awareness of the innovative solutions being developed within the project.

As VALUE4FARM works to demonstrate renewable energy value chains in Denmark, Belgium and Italy, participation in events such as Groundswell helps connect project activities with the needs and experiences of the agricultural community.
