Trade Association
Launched in 2016, the World Biogas Association is the global trade association for the biogas, landfill gas and anaerobic digestion (AD) sectors, dedicated to facilitating the recycling of all organic wastes and residues through AD. WBA believes that the global adoption of biogas technologies is an opportunity to prevent pollution, improve air quality and human health, and produce clean, renewable energy, bioCO2 natural fertilisers and other value bioproducts in support of a circular economy.
In Value4Farm, WBA is the leader of Work Package 6 dedicated to Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation activities. WBA will coordinate and align project partners efforts to maximise the impact of the Value4Farm project. WBA will develop the Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication (DEC) plan and lead dissemination activities, such as events and publications, and exploitation activities, which aim to foster the market uptake of the project solutions and the implementation of renewable energy on farms.
