En Flandre, il existe une cat\u00e9gorie sp\u00e9cifique pour la digestion ana\u00e9robie, appel\u00e9e digestion ana\u00e9robie \u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle ou digestion de poche. Les limites sont les suivantes : les installations doivent fonctionner avec leurs propres flux d'entr\u00e9e (fumier et\/ou flux r\u00e9siduels des cultures), une quantit\u00e9 maximale de mati\u00e8res d'entr\u00e9e de 5 000 t\/an et une puissance \u00e9lectrique de 200 kWel. La d\u00e9monstration portera sur la valorisation maximale du biogaz via l'installation d'Inagro (31 kWel).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading heading-5 dark-text m-bottom\">Quelles solutions seront d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"paragraph m-bottom\">La d\u00e9monstration se concentrera sur trois aspects principaux :<br><br>\u2013 Une micro-turbine \u00e0 gaz \u00e0 deux \u00e9tages et \u00e0 haut rendement sera install\u00e9e \u00e0 Inagro, offrant une combustion sans flamme, une grande flexibilit\u00e9 et de faibles \u00e9missions.<br><br>\u2013 Le biogaz sera transform\u00e9 en biom\u00e9thane par bio m\u00e9thanisation in situ. Le co\u00fbt et l'efficacit\u00e9 seront \u00e9galement compar\u00e9s \u00e0 deux autres m\u00e9thodes de valorisation du biogaz (filtration par membrane et adsorption modul\u00e9e en pression).<br><br>\u2013 Par la suite, ce biom\u00e9thane sera valoris\u00e9 dans un tracteur \u00e0 m\u00e9thane, afin de permettre la d\u00e9fossilisation du transport, d'\u00e9conomiser sur les co\u00fbts \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, en comparant les co\u00fbts du diesel et du biogaz\/biom\u00e9thane, et d'\u00eatre ind\u00e9pendant\/produire son propre carburant de transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading heading-5 dark-text m-bottom\">Quels sont les objectifs et les cibles ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"paragraph m-bottom\">The targeted developments in the project are the adaptation of the micro gas turbine to biogas, with high efficiency (&gt; 30%) for small-scale farms (20 kWel). Next to this, the project aims to achieve in situ bio-methanation in small-scale reactors (about 1.5 m\u00b3) and to run a biogas tractor with a small-scale biogas plant.
